Your Order will be shipped UPS Ground or US
Mail if it is being shipped inside the Continental United
States. All orders shipped outside the Continental United
States will be shipped UPS Standard or US Mail. We reserve
the right to ship UPS or US Postal Service depending on the
item and the circumstances as long as the customer has no
additional cost.
Express Shipping
We also offer guaranteed Next Day Service, Second Day Service,
and Three Day Service subject to these guidelines:
1. If you select any of the express shipping services we offer
this does not mean that we will ship the order by a carrier's
specific service. We reserve the right to ship the order by
our choice of carrier as long as there is no additional cost
to the customer.
2. If an express order is not received by the guaranteed time
we will refund the total shipping cost of the order. However,
we will not send another shipment either by express or regular
shipping due to problems with the arrival time of the order.
3. All express orders must be received by 2:00pm Eastern time.
Orders received after 2:00pm Eastern will ship the next business
day.
4. Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays must be excluded from
the expected arrival time of an order. Business days are defined
as Monday through Friday.

How to calculate shipping costs
If you would like to find the shipping and handling cost before
you place the order:
Option 1
(Found on individual item pages)
Click on the "Shipping Cost" link located underneath "Calculate
your shipping cost". A new window will open. Next select the
state or province the product will be shipped to.
Then click "Calculate" and the shipping costs for the product
will be displayed.
Option 2
(For costs on multiple items)
Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add
to Cart" button. The Shopping Cart will then be displayed.
Either continue to shop and add items to the cart or adjust
the quantity desired in the "Quantity" box. Select the state
where the item(s) will be shipped to and click on "Update
Shipping". The shipping costs for your item(s) will then be
displayed.
General
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order,
before contacting us. Most orders are received by the customer
within 3 to 8 business days of placing the order.
If
you need your order on or by a specific date we recommend
that you use one of our express shipping services.
Your order may be shipped in a recycled box. In doing our
part for the environment we use recycled boxes, and packing
materials whenever possible. This policy allows us to be environmentally
friendly while saving you money on shipping costs.

We ship to Canada only.
